Help us investigate phishing, spam, malware, impersonation, and other misuse involving XataMail.

How to report

Email abuse@xatamail.com. Include the XataMail address involved, a brief description, the date and time, and the complete original message headers. Attach the suspicious message as an .eml file when possible rather than forwarding it inline.

Urgent danger

If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. Law-enforcement and valid legal-process requests should identify the requesting agency, officer, jurisdiction, and official contact information.

What happens next

We review credible reports and may request more information. For privacy and security reasons, we may not disclose account details or every action taken. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, government identification numbers, or unrelated sensitive information.

Appeals

If you believe your XataMail account was restricted by mistake, contact support@xatamail.com from your recovery address and explain the circumstances.
