Do not use XataMail for
- Spam, unsolicited bulk email, purchased mailing lists, or deceptive marketing.
- Phishing, impersonation, fraud, scams, credential theft, or misleading sender information.
- Malware, ransomware, malicious links or attachments, unauthorized security testing, or attempts to compromise systems.

- Child sexual abuse material or any sexual exploitation of minors. We will report apparent violations as required by law.
- Operating an open relay, automated high-volume sender, mailing-list service, or transactional-email platform without written approval.

Responsible use
Keep your account secure, respect recipient consent and opt-out requests, and do not interfere with the service or other users. Normal personal and small-business correspondence is welcome; unusual sending volume may be delayed or reviewed to protect deliverability.
Enforcement
We may investigate reports, preserve relevant records, remove content where lawful and technically feasible, restrict sending, or suspend or terminate accounts. Enforcement decisions consider severity, intent, recurrence, risk, and legal obligations.
Report a concern
Send reports to abuse@xatamail.com and include the information listed on our Report Abuse page.
